Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

STEWARDS OF THE FAITH
Stewardship of our faith in Jesus Christ calls us to do those things that protect and strengthen the faith that lies within us. Taking the time to learn about our Orthodox Christian Faith, praying to God for understanding and guidance, and worshiping with others as the Body of Christ – all these things protect and strengthen our faith.
Stewardship is an act of faith. When we believe, stewardship follows. Stewardship is faith in action – action motivated by humble gratitude to God for His blessings in our life.

HOW DO WE PLEDGE?
Pray: Ask God to guide your offering of time, talents and treasures to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church before filling out your 2024 Stewardship Pledge Card.
Offer Your Best: Make the decision that allows you to give to your Church to your fullest capacity at this time. 10% is recommended, as written in the bible. As St. Paul says in 2 Cor 9:7 "So, let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver."​
Each Steward’s Pledge mirrors his or her faith and full commitment to Jesus Christ and His Holy Orthodox Church.
